PlanetOs Member shall use the PlanetOs Platform (“Platform”) only for the purpose of allowing members to cooperate and communicate with each other and in accordance with the law. PlanetOs Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will not engage in any activity that would violate the rights of the member, the member's authorized users and third parties, such as sharing the information shared by members with third parties without permission. PlanetOs Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she bears the legal and criminal responsibilities for the transactions and actions within the Platform. PlanetOs Member accepts, declares and undertakes that Kolektif House Gayrimenkul İşletmeciliği ve Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Kolektif House”) has no direct and/or indirect liability for any damages that the member, the member's authorized users and third parties have suffered or may suffer due to these works and actions.

Kolektif House does not give any guarantee or make any commitment regarding the accuracy and timeliness of the information contained on the Platform.

The Platform may contain hyperlinks to other websites, applications and platforms operated by members and whose contents are not known to Kolektif House. Kolektif House only provides access to these sites through the Platform and does not accept any responsibility for their content.
